Moving Family!
Recently, our family member took on the huge task of moving her parents from Texas to Florida. To start this endeavor she had many hurdles to overcome. The home she was moving them out of was also her childhood home with all of her childhood memories. She overcame mental anguish, contractors not showing up, contractors showing up ill equipped and unable to do the job, broken appliances, two estate sales, Facebook marketplace sales, U-Haul woes, and a leaky Penske truck. WHOAH! That is a lot of stress. Furthermore the house was sold, the closing was a day later, and there was a leaky Penske truck in the driveway almost full of all of her families treasures. During a huge rainstorm she crawled on top of the truck with a roll of flex seal and started taping. I arrived in Texas and luckily the rain was gone ... or was it?
Plan was finish loading the Penske truck, get a nights sleep, and make the trek east to Florida. Well one thing certain about a plan is, it never goes as planned. There was heavy rain in the forecast with flash flood warnings. The truck was not quite packed up, there was a mountain of trash left, and a room full of items that needed to be deposited into the leaky truck. We hurried up left that night to "beat" the rain and drove through the night to Florida, slept in Loves parking lot, and drove 45MPH through torrential downpours for 9 hours while it rained INSIDE the Penske truck. Although our feet were soaked and we were dog tired the trip was enjoyable and highly rewarding. There is nothing like a pick me up then helping a loved one in their greatest time of need.
During this stressful event, I said why didn't you call a junk removal company? They could have hauled away all of your unwanted items in one trip. To my surprise she had no IDEA that JUNK Removal companies existed! I said let me introduce you to my company we haul anything and everything that fits in a truck and a trailer. If it doesn't fit we will demolish it so it does fit! Let's just say most items fit.
Moral to the story if you are in your greatest time of need and are planning an estate sale, Call us to haul off any unwanted items. We will do our best to donate, re-use, re-purpose all of your family items and dispose of any trash that is bound to be found when you are cleaning out an estate.
